Dr Dolf de Roos, Chairman

Dr de Roos is an internationally recognised investor, author and educator who is well known to real estate investors throughout the world. He is a New York Times best-selling author with over 1 million books in print, has taught real estate investing in over 20 countries and has personally invested in more than 500 properties from around the world.

Dr de Roos is a Professor of Real Estate at the University of North Texas, founding Director of Property Prosperity, Inc and Chairman of the public real estate investment company Property Ventures Limited, which has been given the green light to proceed with its first billion dollar development in New Zealand.

Dr de Roos is intended to be Chairman of the Board and leads the development of the Landlord University. Please refer to Annexure II to find out more about Dr de Roos.

   

Jim Poignand, Managing Director

Mr Poignand has held senior management positions in small to medium size enterprises and brings ten years experience in project management and online business solutions development. He is a methodical thinker with strong commercial management skills and has a passion for the world of e-business. Mr Poignand is also an experienced and successful real estate investor.

Mr Poignand is Director of Operations and will oversee all operational matters, including investor liaison, financial management, sales support, product management, client service and support, training and business infrastructure. He will also continue to sit on the board as a Company Director and act as Company Secretary.

   

John Darling, Proposed Director

Mr Darling graduated with Honours in Economics from The Australian National University. He then majored in Advanced Commercial Law, Company Law, Contracts, Tax and Constitutional Law at the Law Faculty, graduating with Honours in 1975.

Mr Darling has held positions over many years on numerous public and private company boards, charities, foundations, government agencies, local authorities and utility committees. His family founded the investment banking industry in Australia and have maintained significant pastoral and agricultural interests and contacts.

Recently, Mr Darling has expanded his in-house legal counsel consulting work considerably. This has centred on commercial corporate and joint venture start ups, corporate restructuring in Australia and internationally, reviewing and drafting business and strategic plans, capital account reassignments and releases and intellectual property licensing and related commercial documentation. He currently sits on the board of eleven companies.

   

Anthony Aoun, Systems Deployment Officer

Mr Aoun brings over ten years experience in the real estate sales and marketing industry, with international property experience. He was the founder and Managing Director of a large investment property marketing business based in New South Wales with offices in Queensland, Victoria and Indonesia, and with a staff of 50. He possesses good people and managerial skills, and has a natural flair for developing business alliances and consumer-focused services.

Mr Aoun is responsible for the deployment of the CPx System into key client alliances, including training.

   

Galen Parker, Chief Technology Officer

Mr Parker has extensive experience in a variety of web-based development technologies, including Microsoft .NET 2. He has successfully developed and deployed enterprise-level solutions within both the governement and private sectors.

In his development role with Central Property Exchange, Mr Parker recently completed significant updates and extensions to the CPx System and will be responsible for overseeing the development of the next generation CPx System, ‘Generation 2’.

Within Landlord Central, Mr Parker’s role is to manage the technology requirements of the company and translate business needs to technology specifications.

   

Tanya Annandale, Creative Director

Ms Annandale is a trained graphic designer with over 15 years experience in design, specialising in branding and website development. Having worked interstate and locally for award-winning graphic design firms and advertising agencies she now runs her own design and online services business. Tanya is also a talented artist and has a natural affinity with nature and people.

Ms Annandale is responsible for the creative direction and strategic brand positioning of Landlord Central.

   

George Helou, National Sales & Marketing Consultant

Mr Helou is a dynamic and inspiring business consultant, lecturer and trainer specialising in sales, marketing and leadership. George’s scientific and motivational approach helps business leaders achieve much more of their potential.
