How do I become a member of Landlord Central?
Membership to Landlord Central is free. To become a member simply complete our online membership form. As a member of our Landlord Headquarters you will have access to videocasts by Dolf de Roos, e-books, archived newsletters and much more.

How often do you send member emails?
Members of our Landlord Headquarters receive Landlord Central News free via email every month. Landlord Central members also receive Investment Property Alerts which notify our members of new properties that have been added to the website. Membership is free, click here to become a member.

I can’t open the e-books in the member’s area
To open our e-books you need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. This is a FREE plug-in which you can download through the Adobe website. To download and install Adobe Reader on your computer now, click here.

Customising the Printed Reports
You can customize the headers and the footers of your reports to display your name/ company name as well as phone number. This would be helpful when you are printing the report for a client.

To customize your header and footers, follow the instructions below;

Internet Explorer
1. Open a new Internet Explorer window,
2. Go to File in the top left of the window,
3. Click on Page Setup,
4. Under the Headers and Footers heading, type in the information you would like to display on the page,
5. Click OK when done.

Mozilla Firefox
1. Open a new Firefox window,
2. Go to File in the top left of the window,
3. Click on Page Setup,
4. Click on the Margins & Header/Footer tab at the top,
5. By default, the centre header and footer are --blank--, use the dropdown box and select Custom,
6. A little window will appear where you can type in your information in the textbox,
7. Click OK.
